Three practices, one client file.

Finance, trade, and corporate work usually get split across firms. We keep them on one desk so the advice and the follow-through are talking to each other.

Who does the licensed work.

Some of this work needs a license we do not hold. When that is the case, a licensed firm does that piece, and we say so in writing before anything starts. The rest we do ourselves.

Delivered by Safeguard

Analysis, document work, and client-side follow-up come from Safeguard Global Group LLC when the job does not require a license we do not have.

Delivered via Authorized Partner

Brokerage, customs entry, custody, and execution stay with licensed firms hired for that engagement. Those firms are named in the engagement papers.

Coordination & Advisory Service

Most files look like this: we run the client side; licensed providers do the regulated acts. You see both names on the paper before work begins.

Depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the engagement, services described on this page may be provided directly by Safeguard Global Group LLC under its own applicable authorizations, or coordinated with, or delivered by, authorized third-party institutions, affiliates, and service partners. Where a regulated service requires an authorization Safeguard does not hold, it is arranged exclusively through appropriately licensed providers. Clients are informed of the delivery structure applicable to their engagement before any service begins.
